„A scho wurscht“? (means something like, „doesn’t matter anymore“) Is that what it says? Yep, that’s right!

Vom 14. bis 21. Oktober fand im grandiosen Ruby Marie Hotel & Bar gleich neben der Wiener Mariahilferstraße der VIENNA FASHION WEEK POP-UP Store statt. Wir durften uns vor dem offiziellen Start durchwühlen und schmökern. Wunderbare Stücke von Designern wie Marcel Ostertag, Sabine Karner oder Irina Schrotter gab es zu erstehen. Aber auch Fair Fashion von Plural Kreativstudio war vertreten. Dass es mich zur „fairen Abteilung“ zog, muss ich wohl nicht mehr betonen. Dort entdeckte ich unter anderem das österreichische Label yyy fashion.

From October 14th to 21st the VIENNA FASHION WEEK POP-UP Store took place at the amazing Ruby Marie Hotel & Bar right next to Vienns’s Mariahilferstraße. We were invited to browse through before the actual opening. Up for grabs wonderful pieces from designers like Marcel Ostertag, Sabine Karner or Irina Schrotter, as well as fair fashion by Plural Kreativstudio. I think I don’t have to tell you that I was drawn to the „fair section“. That’s where I discovered, among others, the Austrian label yyy fashion.

Mit fetzigen Sprüchen wie „Beverly 1130 Hietzing“ ziehen die Oberteile die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. Absolut zurecht. Ich entschied mich für das letzte „A scho wurscht“ T-Shirt und liebe es!

The tops like to draw attention with funny lines like „Beverly 1130 Hietzing“. Rightly so. I went for the last „A scho wurscht“ shirt and I love it!

Das T-Shirt lässt sich vielfältig kombinieren und ist vor allem eines – fair! Fair Wear, Organic Textile und OE Blended zeichnen die Mode aus. Die Kollektionen umfassen nur geringe Stückzahlen, bestehen aus Biobaumwolle und werden in Wien bedruckt. Fair und stylisch – Herz was willst Du mehr? Ach ja und auch die Preise sind mehr als fair!

The shirt can be combined in many ways and first and foremost – it’s fair! Fair wear, organic textile and OE Blended make their fashion great. Kombiniert habe ich das Shirt diesmal ganz locker und lässig. Casual sozusagen, weil’s eh scho wurst is 😉

Alle anderen Teile befinden sich schon länger in meinem Schrank und sind meine all-time favourites. Die Kette war ein ganz besonderes Geschenk und ist ein schöner Farbtupfer in diesem Look, genau wie meine dunkelrote Fransentasche aus Italien.

All other pieces have been in my closet for a long time now and are among my all-time favourites. The necklace was a really special gift and gives this outfit a real nice touch of colour, just like my crimson fringe bag from Italy.

Ich finde yyy genial und freue mich, dass das Team rund um die Vienna Fashion Week auch solche Labels vor den Vorhang holt und ich mich dem anschließen darf.

I think yyy is brilliant and I’m really excited that the team of Vienna Fashion Week brings labels like this one up on stage, which I shall do as well.
