Vor ein paar Wochen durften wir im Café Museum an einem Interview teilnehmen und unseren Blog vorstellen. Für diesen Anlass wählte ich ein schlichtes Business Outfit, in dem ich mich sehr wohl fühlte und das auch dem Rahmen entspricht. Da ich zu diesem Termin meine heißgeliebte Marlene-Hose trug, die Ihr ja mittlerweile auch schon bestens kennt, entschied ich mich bei diesem Outfit-Post für eine andere Kombination. Schwarze Jeans und eine weiße Bluse mit Volants, damit kann man einfach nichts falsch machen! Eigentlich wollte ich eine dezente Seidenbluse tragen, da aber meine Hose schon schlicht genug war, entschied ich mich dann für eine etwas ausgefallenere Bluse. Ich habe die Bluse schon einige Zeit in meinem Kleiderschrank, aber nie die passende Gelegenheit sie zu tragen.
A few weeks ago we were invited to give an interview about our blog at Café Museum. For this interview, I chose a discreet business look, which makes me feel rather comfortable and fits this occasion quite well. Since I have worn my beloved Marlene-Trousers on this day, which you should know by now, I thought I’d combine the outfit with something different for this post. Black pair of jeans and a white blouse with flounces, you can’t go wrong with that! Actually I was going to wear a discreet silk blouse, but since my trousers were already discreet enough, I thought I’d go for something with a little more pop. I’ve had this blouse in my closet for a while, just never had an opportunity to wear it.
Wie Ihr mittlerweile schon wisst, liebe ich Blusen und wenn sie dann noch einen besonderen Schnitt haben, kaufe ich sie mir auch. In der Zwischenzeit besitze ich schon eine stattliche Sammlung, immer wieder finde ich aufregende Stücke, da kann ich einfach nicht widerstehen.
As you know, I love blouses and if they have an extraordinary cut, I’m sold. I’ve racked up quite the collection over the years, I keep finding great pieces, I just can’t resist.
Die Bluse, für die ich mich entschied, hat auf der Vorderseite einen etwas längeren Zipp. Die auffallenden Volants an den Ärmeln peppen das schlichte Oberteil sehr gekonnt auf, aber aufpassen, es trägt leider auch etwas auf.
The blouse I went for has a slightly longer zipper on the front. The interesting flounces on the sleeves turn this top into something special, but be careful, it does make you seem like you have a few extra pounds.
Dazu trage ich eine schwarze schmale Jeans mit hohem Bund und schwarze Overknees. Die Stiefel habe ich auch schon einige Jahre, aber irgendwie kommen sie nicht aus der Mode.
I combine it with a black pair of high rise jeans and black over-knee boots. I’ve had these boots for years too, they just don’t go out of style.
Eine silbergraue Jacke mit Bindegürtel, ein Schnäppchen aus dem vergangenen Jahr, war mein perfekter Begleiter für diesen aufregenden Tag.
A silver-grey jacket with a belt, a bargain from last year, was the perfect companion for this exciting day.
Ein schwarzer Shopper von Prada ergänzen mein Business Outfit. Ich verwende die Tasche vorwiegend auf Events und Meetings, da sie genug Platz für meine Kamera inklusive Equipment bietet – ein richtiges Allroundtalent.
A black shopper by Prada completes this business outfit. I bring this bag mostly for events and meetings, it’s big enough for my camera and all the equipment I need – a true all-rounder.
