Es gab eine Phase bis vor ca. zwei Jahren, in der ich wahnsinnig oft Shoppen war und total viel gekauft habe. Alles nahm ich mit und dadurch platzt mein Schrank immer noch aus allen Nähten, obwohl nun schon wirklich lange nichts mehr dazu kam. Immer wieder bin ich erstaunt, wie viele Kombinationsmöglichkeiten sich ergeben, wie viel ich Euch noch gar nicht oder erst einmal gezeigt habe und welche Teile ich überhaupt erst ein einziges Mal getragen habe. Das ist doch verrückt, aber damit ist jetzt Schluss 😉
There was a time in my life, about two years ago, when I was really into shopping. I bought everything and my closet is still filled to the brim because of that, even though I haven’t bought any new pieces in quite a while. It surprises me time and time again how many possible combinations there are, how many pieces I have only shown you once or twice and how many are still left in the dark. That’s crazy, but that’s about to end.
Erbarmungslos wird in meiner Kleidung gewühlt und die verschiedensten Styles probiert. Das ist auch für mich privat echt super, da ich dann alles viel besser verwerten kann und nicht immer nur die gleichen Kombinationen trage.
I show no mercy, looking through all my stuff, trying all kinds of styles. That also gives me an advantage in my personal life, that way I don’t have to wear the same combinations over and over again.
Wie zum Beispiel diese schwarze Spitzenjacke. Ich habe sie Euch erst ein Mal in dem Blogpost Red business + black lace im Frühjahr 2015 (!) gezeigt, in einer eleganten Kombination. Nun ist mir die schöne lange Weste wieder untergekommen und ich wollte sie cool und mit einem schönen Kontrast kombinieren. Da ich Spitze ja über alles liebe, wunderte ich mich selbst, dass ich die Weste nicht öfter trage.
Like, for instance, this black lace jacket. I showed it to you in the blogpost Red business + black lace in spring 2015 (!), in an elegant combination. Now, I rediscovered the lovely long lace jacket and I wanted to combine it in a casual new way. It was quite surprising to me, being a huge fan of lace, that I have not worn this piece more often.
Ich wollte nun einen schönen Kontrast im Look haben und deshalb griff ich zu einem weißen Shirt, das übrigens ein Teil unseres allerersten Blogposts Let’s get the blog started war! Wahnsinn, oder?

Meine heißgeliebte Jeans durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Da sie so einen schönen hohen Bund (High Waist Jeans) hat, habe ich das Oversize-Shirt locker vorne eingesteckt. Heißt im Fachjargon übrigens „Sweater Tucking“ – wieder etwas gelernt! Die Boots sind nun auch schon seit etwa zehn Jahren Teil meiner Schuhsammlung.
I could not go without my beloved pair of jeans, of course. Since they have a nice high waist level, I tucked the oversize shirt into them slightly in the front. The technical term for that, by the way, is „Sweater Tucking“ – you live and learn! The boots have been part of my collection for about ten years as well.
Momentan trage ich auch gerne meine Haare zu einem Half Top Knot gebunden. Ich finde das passt auch total gut zu diesem Look und gemeinsam mit den dezent roten Lippen ist das Styling perfekt.
At the moment I like to wear my hair bound to a half top knot. I think this goes really well with this look and together with a discreet red lipstick the styling is perfect.
